Outdoorfreak Basecamp – Adventure Crew Monthly Support Cancellation Policy

Outdoorfreak Basecamp Adventure Crew membership is supported through an automatically renewing monthly contribution. By joining the Adventure Crew, you authorize Outdoorfreak Gear and Services to charge your selected payment method each month at the contribution amount you choose.

Monthly Contributions

Your Adventure Crew contribution will automatically renew each month until canceled. You may change your contribution amount or cancel future monthly contributions at any time through the subscription management options provided with your account or order information.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Amounts already processed before cancellation are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Outdoorfreak Gear and Services determines that a refund is appropriate.

Adventure Crew Membership and AC Number

Each Adventure Crew member receives a unique AC-#### Crew Number and an original join date. Your Crew Number identifies your place in the history of the Adventure Crew.

Voluntarily canceling your monthly contribution does not cause your AC-#### number to be reassigned to another person. Your number and original join date remain part of the Adventure Crew record. Access to benefits designated for active Adventure Crew members may end when your paid membership becomes inactive.

Failed or Interrupted Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, additional payment attempts may be made. Adventure Crew benefits may remain available during any applicable payment-recovery or grace period. If payment cannot be successfully restored, the membership may become inactive until monthly support is resumed.

Community Standards

Outdoorfreak Gear and Services reserves the right to terminate Adventure Crew membership for serious violations of Basecamp community standards, including abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. When Outdoorfreak terminates a membership for such a violation, the associated AC-#### number may be permanently retired and will not be reassigned.
